VentureVets Accelerator delivers sector-focused programs for veteran and military-connected founders building in construction, industrial tech,  and PropTech applications. Our accelerator combines structured curriculum, expert mentorship, customer validation, and access to capital. Since 2022, we’ve supported 75+ founders across multiple cohorts, helping them raise over $18M in follow-on funding, secure government contracts, and build sustainable, high-growth businesses.

VentureVets Founder Accelerator

Veteran and military-connected founders bring exceptional problem-solving instincts, operational discipline, and a bias toward action. Our Founder Accelerator is built to translate those strengths into company-building capacity, helping you move from idea to pilot to national scale in the sectors where military know-how creates a structural competitive advantage.

This is not a lecture series. Every cohort works hands-on, builds real deliverables, and connects with the buyers, investors, and operators who can move your business forward.

Who is it for?

Veteran entrepreneurs, military-connected founders building companies, and transitioning service members with a venture in Construction Tech, PropTech, or Industrial Tech at any stage from concept through early traction.

Accelerator

The innovation economy is hungry for operators who can build systems, lead through ambiguity, and drive execution at pace. Transitioning military professionals and military spouses already have those instincts. What they often need is a bridge: the language, the frameworks, and the professional network to land where their skills belong.

 

The VentureVets Talent Accelerator is a professional development program for transitioning military and military spouses who want careers in innovation, whether inside a fast-growing startup or within a corporate innovation function. This is not a job placement service. It is an intensive skills accelerator built to produce highly capable operators, ready to step into Chief of Staff, COO, or senior operations roles from day one.

Who Is It For?

Transitioning service members and military spouses with leadership experience who are pursuing roles in startups, corporate innovation teams, or high-growth companies in the construction, property, and industrial technology sectors.
